New 2014 single! We've been away a long time, but we're back now. This is the first in a pair of singles we're going to release over the next few months. It's very personal to all of us in the band and we're very proud of what we've achieved. Thanks for listening!

If I walk too far and I get lost with such a lack of faith
The sky has no remorse and if someone up there can see -
Would you be kind enough to guide me out of this?

So I fear the night.
So I purged the night.
Two fingers deep and I purged tonight.

I'm waking blind. I'm not afraid?
Without my boundaries I can't find peace.
I fear the day, but can't fear death. I'm not a man if I can't fight myself.
I needed hope, but it won't come and in my saviours I found nothing.

I'm finding that the deeper I go
I find a solace in the way I lose myself.
The urge is like a pulsing heart
And I know if I stop I won't forgive myself
So I made this my only cause -
As if the thought of love was fucking my own throat.

If you believe in nothing, the thought of dying young is such a welcome option.

I'm waking blind. I'm not afraid?
Without my boundaries I can't find peace.
I needed fear, but it won't come and in my saviours I found?

My frail mind is a constant threat.
The easily led. The easily challenged.
My mental health is a female disease?
Am I less of a man if I suffer openly?
The backs of my eyes are bloodshot and sore
The bags that have formed tell all who should question
You're watching my frame as I collapse and burn
If I don't wake up tomorrow?

I wanted to burn.
Am I less of a man if I suffer?

It bores at my skin like a still lit cigar, and the absence of faith is a bruise on the lungs. Two years of denial and a life on the gorge -
to submit to the truth and succumb to my failures.
The ones that I loved were but smoke from the fires, and I treated my body as a foreign design. To all I hold dear I leave you these words - the strongest of shells surround the weakest cores. I spoke to God and my patience is spent, and if the choice is to swim I will drown in the current.

I fear my mind and welcome the night

I will die young.
